Returns and Refunds
To keep our traditional, hand-rolled cookies at their highest quality, we provide a “best before” date on our products and recommend storing the cookies in a cool, dry place. Freezer storage is recommended for long term storage.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, simply email Customer Service with proof of purchase, a detailed description, and photograph(s) of your dissatisfaction. We will be happy to replace the product or give a refund. Refunds take 14 business days. Replacement of damaged products will take place within 7 business days from acknowledgement of damage.
